Hi,

Actually we can't create a project on MyMine.
I have installed a fresh "redmin":"http://www.redmine.org/" install.
I have synced MyMine with it, but I have the create a project on web interface in order to add issue on MyMine

Is your redmine working properly on your desktop browser?
Have you enabled the API access?
